Silvia Mei

Silvia Mei (Cagliari, 1985). She studied paint at the Accademia di Belle Arti of Sassari and at the Accademia di Belle Arti of Brera. She lives and works in Milan where she collaborates with Studio d’arte Cannaviello. From 2010 to 2013 she arrived finalist to different prizes, among them Premio Celeste (second classified) and Italian Factory. She participated to group shows at Antonio Colombo gallery or at Fabbrica Borroni, and to solo shows such as Ad Mirabilia, Reincarnati in natura and Different Identities. “I mean spontaneity  with childish sincerity: my work is a return to the past (instinct), with the conscience of present”
